Hydrant flushing in Effingham will begin this coming Monday (4/2). Crews will start on the north end. Flushing on the south end of the city will begin the following Monday, April 9th, weather permitting. If you notice discoloration, please let the water run until it clears up, especially if you plan on doing laundry.
