An aide to Congressman John Shimkus will be available in Mattoon and Moweaqua this week. On Thursday, April 12th, the staff member will be in the Kinzel Room at the Mattoon Public Library from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., and at the Moweaqua Village Hall from 1:45 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.
