A Charleston woman is facing two drug charges following her arrest. According to the Charleston Police Department, 28-year-old Billie Farmer was stopped in the 700 block of Olive, when a K-9 alerted on the vehicle. 17 bags of synthetic drugs were found. Farmer is charged with possession of a controlled substance and manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
