Mattoon Man to Pay $12,000 in Restitution

24-year-old Stephen Bennett, of Mattoon was ordered to pay $12,000 in restitution after admitting to cashing stolen checks.  Bennett was also ordered to have no future contact with the woman for whom he worked.
