(Wuppertal, Germany) — Authorities are still trying to determine what caused an explosion in an apartment building in a western German city. Twenty-five people suffering from injuries, including four severely, after the blast rocked the several-story building shortly before midnight last night. The detonation was so bad it reportedly destroyed the building’s top three floors. Nearby buildings were also damaged.
