A Paris man was injured in an accident in Cumberland County yesterday. According to the Illinois State Police, 24-year-old Kyle Matthews was eastbound on I-70 at milepost 122, when his car ran off the roadway, struck a culvert and overturned multiple times before coming to a rest on its top. Matthews was airlifted to Carle Foundation Hospital.
