Mattoon Police arrested Zachary C. Kowalis, 32 years of age of Bethany, for the offense of Burglary to Motor Vehicle. The arrest occurred on 07/09/2018 at 5:25pm in the 2600 block of Pine Ave in Mattoon.
The charge alleges that on 07/09/2018, Mr. Kowalis unlawfully entered a parked and unoccupied vehicle in the 1300 block of Richmond Ave in Mattoon, and stole items from within the vehicle. Mr. Kowalis was taken to the Coles County Jail.
