From the Mattoon Police Department, Mattoon Police arrested Michael C. Cowger, 38 years of age of Moweaqua, IL, for the offense of Unlawful use of a Credit Card. The arrest occurred on 07/12/2018 at 4:04pm at the Mattoon PD.
The charge alleges that on 07/05/2018, Mr. Cowger took unlawful possession of another’s credit card, and made an unauthorized purchase with it. Mr. Cowger was taken to the Coles County Jail.
