According to a MPD press release, Terry J. Keigley, age 53 of Mattoon, was arrested on Aug. 16th at 3:56 p.m. in the 2000 block of Charleston Ave. Keigley was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine. The charge alleges that the drug was found in his shoe. Keigley was taken to jail.
