According to a press release from the Mattoon Police Department, Mattoon police arrested Loucinder S. Murray, age 26 of Mattoon, on March 1st at 11:40 a.m. The arrest occurred in the 1300 block of S. 12th street. Murray was charged with Theft. The charge alleges that Murray stole merchandise from Wal-Mart. She posted bond for the offense and is scheduled to appear in Coles County court.
