(Simpsonville, SC) — Last Night’s Mega Millions jackpot winner may never be revealed, but officials have announced where the one-point-five billion dollar winning ticket was sold. KC Mart in Simpsonville, South Carolina sold what could be considered the golden ticket, and will receive 50-thousand dollars once the winning ticket is presented. South Carolina is one of eight states where the law allows for lottery winners to remain anonymous. The winner has 180 days to claim the prize. Lottery officials are not releasing whether the buyer used pre-selected “quick pick” numbers or selected their own.
