(Lake Hallie, WI) — The man accused of killing three Girl Scouts and a mother with his truck in Northwestern Wisconsin was allegedly huffing before the crash. Huffing is the inhaling of chemicals like freon or aerosols. Colton Treu is being held on 250-thousand-dollars in Chippewa County after a crash over the weekend. He faces four counts of vehicular homicide after hitting the group, which was picking up trash along a highway.
