The numbers are in regarding the tornado that hit Taylorville. Christian County EMA says the twister left 695 homes damaged. 33 of the homes were destroyed. The EF-3 tornado was a half-mile wide and traveled close to 13 miles, with winds that exceeded 155 miles-per-hour.
