Lake Land College Adult Education to offer free ELA class
Lake Land College’s Adult Education will be offering free English as a Second Language (ELA) classes in various locations.
The schedule is as follows:
- Mattoon – Workforce Development Center, 305 Richmond Ave. E. – Mondays and Tuesdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Effingham – Kluthe Center for Higher Education and Technology, 1204 Network Center Blvd. – Mondays and Wednesdays – 6 – 9 p.m.
- Marshall – Lake Land College Eastern Region Center, 224 S. 6th St., Tuesdays and Thursdays- 6 – 9 p.m.
Classes are entirely federally funded thanks to the U.S. Department of Education.
