(Oakland, CA) — Oakland Police in California are looking for the thief who drove off with a department SUV after Monday’s Raiders game. An officer was directing traffic after Oakland defeated Denver in the Monday night NFL game. Someone hopped in the police SUV and drove off with it. The vehicle was later found with some damage in Oakland’s Jingletown neighborhood. This is the second time this year a police vehicle has been stolen from an on-duty officer. A woman was charged in July for taking a vehicle across the Bay Bridge and back.
