(Washington, DC) — The Trump administration says it will hand out tax refunds even if the government remains shut down. The White House is reversing the practice of not giving tax refunds while the government isn’t funded. The acting chief of the Office of Management and Budget told reporters they hope they’re making the shutdown as painless as possible. The shutdown is in its 17th day.
