(Washington, DC) — The partial government shutdown is one for the record books. It’s now the longest in U.S. history as it rolls into its fourth week. President Trump continues to demand money to build a wall along the border with Mexico. Democratic leaders say they won’t negotiate on the wall until the government reopens. On Friday, hundreds of thousands of federal workers received pay stubs with nothing but zeros due to the stalemate in Washington.
