Lake Land College Community Learning is offering a Painting with Oils or Acrylics class at the Kluthe Center in Effingham. The eight-session class is open for registration and will be held on Wednesdays beginning February 13th through April 3rd from 10-11:30 a.m. The class is open to painters of all skill levels.
