A major winter storm affecting much of the Midwest and Northeast is bringing the coldest temperatures of the season. The storm which dumped heavy snow on the Midwest over the weekend, moved into the East Coast today. Bringing with it intense flooding, icy roads and heaps of snow. Power outages continue to be a threat as power lines and trees freeze. Weather experts report life-threatening wind chills. International Falls, Minnesota is on track to see a wind chill of negative 40-degrees. Cleveland is set to see a wind chill of 11-below and Chicago nine-below. Travel at airports, railroads and highways remain near impossible as icy conditions persist.
