Decatur Police: Man Keyed Child’s Face
(Decatur, IL) — A Decatur man says he was trying to discipline a three-year-old boy. Police say he dug a key into the little boy’s face. Decatur Police arrested Phillip Sorensen yesterday. The little boy’s mother says Sorensen dug the key under the boy’s eye, leaving a scrape. Sorensen is facing aggravated battery charges.
