Teutopolis Man Injured in Crash
According to the Illinois State Police, a vehicle driven by 56-year-old James A. Schumacher was westbound on I-70 at mile post 67.5 when he lost control due to the icy road. The vehicle went into the center median and overturned. Schumacher was transported to Fayette County Hospital. Passengers Karen Schumacher, Jon Westendorf, and Jolleen Westendorf, all of Teutopolis, were uninjured.
