Quad Cities’ Congresswoman: Border Wall Not A National Emergency
(Washington, DC) — The Quad Cities’ Democratic Congresswoman says trade, not immigration, is the emergency that President Trump needs to take on. Congresswoman Cheri Bustos yesterday told MSNBC that the president shouldn’t be declaring a national emergency to build a border wall. Bustos, who has a leadership position in the new Democratic Congress, says the deal to give the president a billion dollars for a border wall is a compromise that both Republicans and Democrats agreed to.
