Mattoon Express Office Earns Top Awards at International Leadership Conference
Mattoon, IL 03/02/2019–Express Employment Professionals of Mattoon earned top honors at the staffing firm’s 36th annual International Leadership Conference in Grapevine, Texas, according to Diane Rieck, Mattoon Express franchisee.
The Mattoon Express office received the Fast Track for Administrative Staffing award for excellence and achievements in sales, recruitment and placement of administrative professionals. Additionally, the Mattoon office was awarded Bronze Circle of Excellence, as well as recognition for earning the #1 Fab5 office in the Express system. “It is truly an honor to be recognized for these achievements,” said Rieck. “We’re so grateful for the support of the communities we serve and the efforts of our staff that made these awards possible.”
More than 1,800 Express franchisees and their staff attended the company’s annual International Leadership Conference, Feb. 27 through March 2. The conference featured three days of workshops, networking and training on staffing and workplace issues such as leadership, recruiting, sales and team building.
The Mattoon Express Employment Professionals franchise began operation in 2006 and serves Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Effingham, Moultrie, and Shelby counties with temporary help and direct hire employees in a variety of fields, including administrative, commercial, data processing, technical, sales, marketing and more. The Mattoon office, located at 616 Charleston Avenue is currently accepting applications.
