The Salvation Army of Coles and Cumberland Counties is hosting their 8th annual Masquerade Ball this Saturday (3/16) from 5:00-9:00 p.m. The theme is “The 80s,” so come dressed in your best retro duds and have a totally awesome time at the Salvation Army in Mattoon! It’s free and open to all ages. Donations are appreciated.
