Accused Dixon High School Shooter Declared Unfit For Trial

(Dixon, IL) — The accused Dixon High School shooter is being considered unfit for trial nearly a year after the event. Authorities say 20-year-old Matthew Milby was ruled unfit Friday. Milby is refusing to eat and has been hospitalized. He will be evaluated by the Department of Human Services and placed in an appropriate facility until he’s found fit to stand trial.
