Texting And Driving Fines Could Soon Go Up
(Springfield, IL) — Texting and driving fines could soon go up. State lawmakers are creating harsher penalties for people who cause serious injury to someone else while texting and driving. The current fine of 75-dollars may go up to a thousand dollars and a year without a license.
