A Marshall man is jailed in Clark County after his arrest this morning. 37-year-old Paul Williams was driving under the influence and possessed additional controlled substance. According to the Illinois State Police Meth Response Team, Williams was traveling with an active clandestine methamphetamine lab in the back of his truck.
