(New York, NY) — NBA star Kristaps Porzingis is facing a rape allegation. The accuser went to the police on Thursday, claiming Porzingis had raped her at his Manhattan apartment last year. Porzingis, who has since moved on from the Knicks to the Dallas Mavericks, has apparently known about the allegation for some time. His lawyer said on Saturday that they’d contacted the FBI in December saying the woman in question was trying to extort Porzingis. That claim is also reportedly under investigation.
