A Coles County electronics recycling event will be held at Lake Land College on April 27th from 8am to 1 pm or until semis are full. Please use the SOUTH entrance near the police station. It’s open to Coles County residents ONLY and ID IS required.
Accepted items include computers, computer monitors*, televisions*, printers, fax machines, scanners, DVD players and recorders, VCRs, video game consoles, digital converter boxes, cable receivers, satellite receivers, electronic keyboards and mice, small-scale servers, portable digital music players (memory capability & battery powered).
*$5 fee for each TV and Monitor with a total limit of 10 (ten).
Help prevent toxic chemicals and hazardous materials from entering our landfills by bringing in their old electronics to have them disposed of properly.
