According to a press release, 15 members of the Little Okaw Valley conference withdrew from the conference in December of 2017, leaving four schools in the LOVC. The 15 member schools have formed a new conference and voted unanimously on the name Lincoln Prairie Conference. The following 15 schools will make up the Lincoln Prairie Conference beginning in the 2019-2020 school year:
