Digital Web, Sales, and Content Producer
Cromwell Group Inc. of Illinois is a leader in the broadcast and digital advertising marketplace. We are looking to grow our digital team and are looking for the right candidate who will be responsible for the vision, implementation and execution of our digital strategies. This position will include time in the field meeting with our customers. You would work out of our Mattoon office while understanding the requirement to maintain active participation in our other markets.
Responsibilities Include:
- Constantly working with our sales team to develop new opportunities to incorporate digital products
- Educate sales team on how to position and sell all of our stations’ and our partner’s digital assets
- Hands on roll including client calls with sales team members with all markets
- Manage daily workload
- Track and manage existing digital campaigns
- Oversee creative production and execution of special web projects
- Keep abreast of new technologies available with potential for generating sales revenue
- Generate and understand online metrics in order to analyze trends and develop sales material
- Troubleshoot any technical issues as the may arise with internet content, creative and ad serving
- Manage stations websites and share information across markets
- Brainstorm, create and implement online promotions
Requirements and Skills:

- Graphic design
- Web design (WordPress preferred)
- Social media engagement
- Experience in videography preferred but not required
