AFSCME Union Workers Want Better Pay From ISU
(Normal, IL) — AFSCME union workers are asking for better pay from Illinois State University. Workers want ISU leaders to sign new contracts with better pay, especially for the lowest paid employees. Positions include building service workers, cafeteria personnel, grounds keepers, clerks and librarians. ISU’s Director of Media Relations issued a statement saying the university is “committed to providing a fair and equitable workplace for all employees.”
