The City of Mattoon has installed new security cameras at the Yard Waste Facility. The City accepts leaves, limbs, grass clippings, plants, shrubs and most other forms of yard and garden waste. Construction debris, lumber, household waste, and other items may not be disposed of at the facility. Fines of $50 to $750 can be accessed for dumping prohibited materials.
