Rural King Announces Updates to the Cross County Mall
Rural King, America’s Farm and Home Store is happy to announce more exciting updates have been added to the Cross County Mall. Day lockers have been added to keep your belongings safe while you shop, there are new and improved seating options near the old Grinders location, and an additional clothing store will be opening this Fall. More details on future mall businesses will be released as they approach their grand opening day.
The CEO of Rural King, Alex Melvin, announced in late September 2018 that the farm and home store was interested in the Cross County Mall and officially announced ownership of the mall later that year, in November. Since then, the RK Realty team have worked hard to bring in new businesses to the mall to bring more business to the community. The company even brought their own Mattoon location to the mall at the beginning of 2019.
