(Los Angeles, CA) — Avengers: Endgame is making history. The movie made 60-million dollars during its preview showings on Thursday night, making it the biggest opening night in history. Endgame surpassed the record held for preview showings by Star Wars: The Force Awakens and its prequel Avengers: Infinity War. Endgame is expected to beat Infinity War in its domestic opening weekend. Disney says they project the movie could have a three-day opening total in the 300-million range. It’s also expected to pass Captain Marvel as the highest-grossing movie of the year.
