(Los Angeles, CA) — Superheroes continue to rule the box office. “Avengers: Endgame” is this week’s top movie in the U.S. and Canada. The latest installment in the Marvel Comics franchise sold 350-million-dollars worth of tickets, which shatters the record for the biggest opening weekend in North American box office history. Coming in second is “Captain Marvel,” which earned eight-million-bucks in its eighth week in theaters. Rounding out the Top Five are “The Curse of La Llorona” [[ yo-YOR-uh ]], “Breakthrough” and “Shazam!”
