Paris Losing Grocery Store
Officials with Kroger announced this morning that the Paris store will be closing. Poor financial performance was the reason given. Some of the 52 employees will have the opportunity to transfer to other Kroger stores, while severance packages, based on longevity, will be provided for the others. An exact date of the closer was not given, but officials say it will happen within 30-days.
