Illinois Senate Passes Pritzker’s Graduated Income Tax Amendment
(Springfield, IL) — Governor JB Pritzker’s proposed graduated income tax amendment is moving forward. The Illinois Senate voted yesterday to pass the measure. The amendment now moves on to the House. House Republican Leader Jim Durkin slammed the governor’s tax plan, saying it is “bad for the middle class.”
