According to the Effingham Police Department, 33-year-old Justin Nelson and 19-year-old Donovan Godert, both of Effingham, and 37-year-old Ramona Evans, of Shumway were taken into custody. Nelson is charged with a count of methamphetamine delivery and resisting arrest. Evans was charged with methamphetamine possession, and Godert was charged with meth possession and with obstructing justice for allegedly attempting to dispose of evidence.
