Girl Scouts Of Northern Illinois Launching Human Trafficking Prevention Program
(Rockford, IL) — The Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois is launching a human trafficking prevention program. The Girl Scouts and Rockford Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation are in the planning stages to get a program going. The organizations will focus on how to appropriately present information to middle school aged members. When needed data is collected, the groups plan to obtain grant money to expand the program to all Girl Scout members.
