(Los Angeles, CA) — It took a hitman to knock the Avengers out of the top spot in the weekend box officerace. “John Wick Chapter 3 – Parabellum” is this week’s top film in North America — earning 57-million-dollars in the U.S. and Canada. “Avengers: Endgame” came in second with 29-million-bucks. The latest installment in the Marvel Comics franchise has made over 770-million-dollars domestically since its release four weeks ago. Rounding out this weekend’s Top Five are “Pokemon Detective Pikachu,” “A Dog’s Journey” and the Anne Hathaway-Rebel Wilson comedy “The Hustle.”
