Springfield Mayor In Favor Of Local Casino
(Springfield, IL) — Jobs, jobs, jobs. That’s one of the main reasons the mayor of Springfield wants a casino in his city. Mayor Jim Langfelder says if other cities in the state are granted a casino license, he wants one, too. The resolution would have to pass City Council before it heads to the Legislature.
