Widening and resurfacing work is scheduled to begin tomorrow (5/29) at the intersection of Westfield and Hutton Roads. According to the Coles County Highway Department, the work will stretch south on Hutton Road for about 2 ½ miles. Traffic will be reduced to one lane, so please plan accordingly if you’re heading that way. Work is expected to take about three months.
