The marijuana legalization bill has passed the Illinois House on a vote of 60-47. The bill would make it legal for adults 21 years of age and older to possess up to 30 grams of marijuana. Also, medical patients would be allowed to grow it at home. It addition, a regulated market would be created in the state. Governor Pritzker is expected to sign the bill.
