District 16 Issues Nearly 30 Scott’s Law Citations In May
(Pecatonica, IL) — Illinois State Police District 16 is reporting that it handed out nearly 30 Scott’s Law Citations in May. Troopers also issued ten warnings. ISP Director Brendan Kelly says districts across the state have issued about 750-percent more citations in 2019 than in 2018. The increased effort is intended to change drivers’ bad habits.
