Illinois Labeled Worst State For Taxpayers

Illinois is once again being labeled the worst state to be a taxpayer.  A new report by WalletHub reveals Illinois has the highest effective total state and local tax rate in the country.  It’s the second year in a row that Illinois ranked that high on the list.
