An investigation is underway into the death of a woman in an Effingham motel room. According the Effingham County Coroner’s office, the body of 38-year-old Felecia Gabbard, of Rockford, was found Friday morning at Days Inn. Effingham County Coroner Kim Rhodes said there were numerous over-the-counter medications in the room.
