Illinois’ Free Fishing Weekend Begins Today
(Springfield, IL) — All you need is the pole. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is allowing people to fish for free this weekend. DNR says they are waiving the requirement to have a fishing license. The free fishing weekend starts today and runs through the end of the day on Sunday.
