Driver In Deadly Accident Turns Self In
(McLean County, IL) — Police say the driver wanted in a deadly McLean County hit-and-run accident has turned him self in. Jose Rodriguez went to authorities Sunday and faces charges of failure to report a deadly accident, disregarding a traffic control device, and not having a driver’s license. A motorcyclist died from injuries sustained when his motorcycle collided Saturday afternoon with a van 27-year-old Rodriguez admits to driving.
