Two of our stations, 92.1 The Axe and Victory 103.9, will broadcast Charleston and Mattoon games this week in the Senior Legion Firecracker Classic. Games will be played at Grimes Field, Mattoon High School, and Lake Land College. Below is our on-air schedule if you can’t make it to the ballparks.
92.1 The Axe: Charleston Post 93 games–Thursday at 1pm vs. Champaign, Friday at 9am vs. Lincoln, Saturday at 1pm vs. Clay County (Indiana), and Saturday at 7:30pm vs. Elgin.
Victory 103.9: Mattoon Post 88 games–Thursday at 7pm vs. Crawfordsville (Indiana), Friday at 11am vs. Shelby County, Friday at 7pm vs. Olney, and Saturday at 7pm vs. Ford-Iroquois.
The semi-finals and championship game will be played on Sunday at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm.
